Act Commemorating the LITE

(This measure has not been amended since it was reported to the House on December 13, 2005. ) Act Commemorating the LITE, or Lifetime Innovations of Thomas Edison - Establishes the Thomas Edison National Historical Park in New Jersey as a unit of the National Park System. Specifies that the Historical Park shall be comprised of all property: (1) owned by the United States in the Edison National Historic Site as well as all property authorized to be acquired by the Secretary of the Interior for inclusion in the Historic Site before the enactment of this Act; and (2) authorized to be acquired for inclusion in the Historical Park by this Act or other law enacted after the enactment of this Act.
