Customs and Border Protection (CBP); (2) DHS management and operations; (3) critical infrastructure grants; (4) research and development; (5) border and transportation security; (6) State and local terrorism preparedness; (7) the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Legal Program and for additional immigration adjudicators; and (8) training State and local personnel to carry out certain immigration functions.
