School Readiness Act of 2005

School Readiness Act of 2005 - Amends the Head Start Act to revise and reauthorize Head Start programs. (Sec. 4) Authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide financial assistance to Head Start agencies for five-year periods. (Sec. 5) Extends the authorization of appropriations for Head Start programs through FY2011.
