Commends the courage and leadership of Zurab Zhvania that were so critical to the development of a democratic Republic of Georgia. Recognizes that the Republic of Georgia's integration into Euro-Atlantic institutions will be the completion of Zurab Zhvania's vision and his most lasting legacy.
