Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010 - Division A - Makes appropriations for the Department of the Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and related agencies for FY2010. Title I: Department of the Interior - Makes appropriations for FY2010 to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for: (1) land and resource management; (2) construction; (3) land acquisition; (4) Oregon and California grant lands; (5) range improvements; (6) service charges, deposits, and forfeitures with respect to public lands; and (7) miscellaneous trust funds. Rescinds an amount made available to BLM for the shipment and storage of oil shale core samples in Colorado, as specified in the table titled "Congressionally Designated Spending" contained in the joint explanatory statement.
