Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011 - Makes continuing appropriations for FY2011. (Sec. 101) Appropriates amounts for continuing operations, projects, or activities conducted in FY2010, at the same rate as for FY2010, for which appropriations, funds, or other authority were made available in: (1) the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010 (P.L. 111-80); (2) Division A of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2010 (division A of P.L.
