Requires the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to make arrangements for the award of a congressional gold medal to the Army's 100th Infantry Battalion and 442nd Regimental Combat Team, collectively, in recognition of their dedicated service during World War II. Requires the Medal to be displayed at the Smithsonian Institution (Smithsonian) after its award. Expresses the sense of Congress that the Smithsonian should make the medal available for display elsewhere, particularly at locations associated with such Battalion and Combat Team.
