Provides for the conveyance of certain Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land in Nevada to the Nevada Speedway, LLC. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to complete an appraisal of the land and all costs associated with such appraisal to be paid by Nevada Speedway, LLC. Requires: (1) Nevada Speedway, LLC, to pay to the Secretary of the Interior the appraised value of the land; and (2) any costs of the conveyance to be paid by Nevada Speedway, LLC.
