Assuring Quality Care for Veterans Act - Authorizes (current law requires) the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) to reimburse any full-time board-certified health professional (under current law, physician or dentist) appointed to the VA for continuing professional education expenses incurred, up to $1,600 per year (under current law, $1,000). Directs that the expenses incurred be required to maintain licensure. Prohibits reimbursement for the same expenses incurred for continuing professional education provided by a VA medical center.
