To amend title 5, United States Code, to make clear that accounts in the Thrift Savings Fund are subject to certain Federal tax levies

(This measure has not been amended since it was reported to the House on July 30, 2012. ) Amends the Internal Revenue Code to make Thrift Savings Fund accounts subject to a federal tax levy. Requires any revenue gain attributable to the enacment of this Act to be deposited in the general fund of the Treasury and used solely for deficit reduction.
