To grant the Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to the First Special Service Force, in recognition of its superior service during World War II

Requires the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to make appropriate arrangements for the award, on behalf of Congress, of a single gold medal to the First Special Service Force (a joint American-Canadian volunteer unit), collectively, in recognition of their World War II service. Directs that the gold medal be given to the First Special Service Force Association in Helena, Montana, for display there and elsewhere, including Fort William Henry Harrison in Helena. Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell bronze duplicates with proceeds deposited in the U.S. Mint Public Enterprise Fund.
