Department of Veterans Affairs Expiring Authorities Act of 2015 This bill extends specified Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs. TITLE I--EXTENSIONS OF AUTHORITY RELATING TO HEALTH CARE (Sec. 101) Authority for collection of copayments for hospital care and nursing home care is extended through FY2016.
