Any rule that was issued or revised pursuant to a provision repealed by the bill is nullified. TITLE I--ENDING "TOO BIG TO FAIL" AND BANK BAILOUTS Subtitle A--Repeal of the Orderly Liquidation Authority (Sec. 111) The bill repeals the orderly liquidation authority of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
