This bill provides FY2020 appropriations for several federal departments and agencies. It includes 4 of the 12 regular FY2020 appropriations bills: the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2020; the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2020; the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2020; and the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2020. The departments and agencies funded in the bill include the Department of Defense, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Justice, the science agencies, the Department of the Treasury, the judiciary, the Executive Office of the President, the District of Columbia, the Department of Homeland Security, and several related and independent agencies.
