This bill provides FY2021 appropriations for several federal departments and agencies. It includes 4 of the 12 regular FY2021 appropriations bills: the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2021; the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021; the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021; and the Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021. The departments and agencies funded in the bill include the Department of State, the Department of Agriculture, the Food and Drug Administration, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Department of the Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Forest Service, the Indian Health Service, Department of Defense military construction and family housing programs, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and several related and independent agencies.
