The bill includes 6 of the 12 regular FY2021 appropriations bills: the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2021; the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021; the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021; the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2021; the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021; and the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021. The departments and agencies funded in the bill include the Department of Defense; the Department of Commerce; the Department of Justice; science-related agencies, including the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA); the Department of Energy; the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; the Bureau of Reclamation; the Department of the Treasury; the judiciary; the Executive Office of the President; the District of Columbia; the Department of Labor; the Department of Health and Human Service; the Department of Education; the Department of Transportation; the Department of Housing and Urban Development; and several related and independent agencies.
